Three martini lunches. Polishing a big tobacco client's image. Boozing some more.

AMC's Mad Men, with its delightfully retro depictions of workplace politics and gender dynamics, raises important questions. Such as, how do we have the animal magnetism of Don Draper?

Luckily, we didn't have to go far to get our answer.

We sought out some of London's finest ad men and had them divulge their secrets. Like where to drink. And how they dress. And is their workplace quite as... scandalous?

Of course, no ad man is complete without a killer workplace outfit. So these hardworking Londoners are also modeling their J.J. creations.

Now, if only if we could get Don's new wife to call us back...

    Name: Will Holmes

Your Current Gig: Art Director at BBH London

    Favorite London Neighborhood: Shoreditch

If a friend visited you, you’d take them for drinks at... Anywhere from Milk & Honey to Beaujolais

Describe what kind of situations you’d wear your shirt:

Going out for a drink with friends, or out for a meal with family.

    Describe your personal style:

I'm pretty lazy to be honest - you can normally find me in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt.

Since Mad Men has taken off, have people been comparing you to Don Draper? Cool or annoying?

The D word has been mentioned a few times, and I know that he is a pretty sly character. I don't think I have too many Don Draper personality traits.

    Get Will's shirt here.

    Name: Tristan Wilson

Your Current Gig: Music Assistant @ Black Sheep Music (BBH's in-house music department)

Favorite London Neighbourhood: Honestly? Tottenham, one of the poorest areas of London. It's the home of my football team. I feel at home there.

If a friend visited you, you’d take them for drinks at...: One of the pubs within 200 metres of BBH. They're pretty good, near, and I'm lazy!

Describe what kind of situations you’d wear your shirt:

Every day. I don't need a situation to wear a loud shirt.

How would you describe your personal style?

God knows. My friends wind me up saying I dress like a supply teacher.. That's a secret.

Which character on Mad Men would you say you’re most like, and why?

Joan Holloway - we have good bums. I can only vouch for one of us..

Since Mad Men has taken off, have people been comparing you to Don Draper? Cool or annoying?

No, nobody has compared me to Don. But some have definitely latched on to the stereotypes portrayed in Mad Men, and as a result they think that what happens in their agency, happens in all modern ad agencies. It's very different nowadays! It's neither cool nor annoying, just funny.

    Name: Jonny Durgan

Your Current Gig: Creative at BBH London

    Favorite London Neighborhood: Covent Garden

If a friend visited you, you’d take them for drinks at...:  The Old Thameside Inn near London Bridge

Describe what kind of situations you’d wear your shirt:

    Weddings, Funerals and Bar Mitzvahs

    Describe your personal style:

I would say risky-safe, by that I mean I try wearing something out of the ordinary occasionally. If people comment on it, I'll probably never wear it again and never bring it out again. Although I'm very particular when it comes to buying clothes but once I do, they are on a regular cycle until I wear them out. Then the cycle repeats itself.

Which character on Mad Men would you say you’re most like, and why?

I'd like to say Roger but I'm not as funny as I think I am, therefore I would say Miss Blankenship.

Since Mad Men has taken off, have people been comparing you to Don Draper? Cool or annoying?

It's cool in the fact that they think I can handle alcohol, but it's annoying when I have to tell them it's more about being a hard-working and scribbling down musings of a crazy man.
