What shipping rates does J.J. Threads charge?
We charge US$12.00 flat shipping fee on each order.
Which countries does J.J. Threads ship to?
J.J. Threads ships to approximately 25 countries, as listed below:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed by 5:00 P.M. EST are processed the next working day. Orders are expected to reach destination within 10-14 working days.
* This excludes Hong Kong Holidays.
Does J.J. Threads ship to multiple addresses?
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Does J.J. Threads ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes and we do not deliver to forwarding addresses.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
What packaging will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in J.J. Threads Premium Packaging enclosed in a FedEx box.
Will I have to pay additional customs and handling fees?
Orders shipped to the United States do not incur any customs charges. However, other international shipments may charge taxes or special handling fees. J.J. Threads charges a flat $12 shipping fee. Additional duties, taxes, and/or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Designed by you, made by us. If something goes wrong during the "made by us" part, let us know.
If the size, fabric or style is not what you ordered, refunds and/or exchanges available.
First time customers only: If the shirt does not fit, one exchange is permitted within 30-days of shirt delivery.
